Who we are

Electrical Services South West Limited (company number 17460944, registered in England and Wales) is responsible for the personal details you give us through this website. You can contact us on 07477 017759 or at info@es-sw.co.uk.

Our registered office is 48 Kestrel Drive, Pucklechurch, Bristol BS16 9SX. We work across Bristol, Bath and the wider South West and don't have a public office or shop, so the quickest way to reach us is by phone or email.

What we collect

When you use the fault finder or the quote form, or contact us, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), postcode, the best time to visit and details of the electrical problem or the job you need doing.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare for the job.
• To quote, invoice and keep records of work we carry out, including certificates we're required to issue.

We use your details because you've asked us to help with a job (taking steps to enter into a contract with you). We don't use them for marketing, and we never sell or share them, except with services that help us run the business, such as our email and website hosting provider (Hostinger).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. If we carry out work, we keep job records and certificates for as long as we're legally required to.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Just email info@es-sw.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website doesn't set any cookies or use tracking or advertising tools. Everything, including fonts, is served from our own hosting.
